The CEO of Elixir Technology, Mr. Lau Shih Hor gave a 35-minute presentation to the enthusiastic crowd on Elixir: Business Intelligence for Enterprise 2.0, offering them with an insight to how enterprises can effectively utilize Elixir products for better business decision-making.

Elixir was also the regional sponsor for the Grand Finals of the Open Jive Regional Challenge 2009, held on the same day. Mr. Lau was part of the judging panel at the Grand Finals, where he also presented the Elixir Market Potential Award to the winning team with a practical solution that is commercially viable, applicable to a real-life problem and relevant to widespread target users. The award eventually went to Singapore's CDSTrio, who was also the Regional Grand Champion.
