Elixir Technology was featured in a publication by the Singapore Infocomm Development Authority (IDA), entitled "Singapore - A World Class e-Government". This publication highlights companies that have played an instrumental role towards realizing the government's vision "to be an integrated government that delights customers and connects citizens through infocomm", as defined in iGov2010 masterplan, a $2 billion five-year e-Government masterplan launched in May 2006.

The brochure outlines the history of the government's e-Government initiatives and the plans for the future, which includes the master plan to make Singapore into a leader in e-Government practices by 2010. Companies that have contributed to the development of technologies and solutions to transform Singapore's e-Government are therefore mentioned in the brochure.

Under the category of Electronic Services, Elixir's Business Intelligence solution provides the data query and reporting functionality for the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVA) of Singapore in its Intelligent Food Approval and Safety Tracking System (iFAST).
