Elixir Repertoire Professional Edition is the combined suite of our products for creation and modification of dashboard, report, data, and activation process. Effectively this combines the functionality of Dashboard Designer Professional, Report Designer Professional, Data Designer Professional, and Schedule Designer Professional.

This is licensed on per named user basis.

Dashboard Designer Professional Edition allows creation and modification of views including pivot table view, chart view, cube view, and report view of data from Elixir's data engine supporting live retrieval or through data cache or pre-defined data store, whether direct data access or through a an aggregated source. With a graphical interface, the user can access the pre-built OLAP view, select, change and filter the dimensions and data and measure fields. Data visualization is provided by selectable graph options.

Report Designer Professional Edition allows creation and modification of a report along with the data sources, direct or aggregated. This package also include the distribution license of the report viewers for viewing and generating reports on a standalone basis, as well as the standalone runtime for embedding in a standalone client side application.

This is licensed on per named user basis.  In addition, distribution of the standalone report runtime, viewer, and interactive client, is royalty-free for internal distribution, while distribution to external parties requires a separate OEM licensing agreement.

Data Designer Professional Edition allows creation and modification of a data source and data store, allowing visual data extraction, aggregation, transformation, and loading supporting many types of data source and data store including JDBC, Excel, Text, XML, and Object.

Schedule Designer Professional Edition allows creation and modification of activation process for data and report generation by defining jobs and triggers with conditional execution logic with time and calendar scheduling, data source and file folder contents, with parallel or sequential invocation, as well as calling external program. Elixir Server is required to run the activation process.

Elixir Repertoire Server Edition extends the Professional Edition with server-side processing for remote generation of dashboard, report, data, and execution of activation rules. This package includes the Elixir Repertoire Web Application for web-based access to render, view and interact with dashboard, report and data, as well as a Server Development Kit (SDK) for third party application integration with source code sample using APIs for Java, .NET or URL.

This is licensed for unlimited number of viewer clients on per Process Value basis, where the number of Cores in a Processor is mapped to a corresponding Processor Value based on the Processor classification.

Dashboard Designer Server Edition extends the Professional Edition with server-side processing for remote dashboard rendering and interaction accessed through a web based thin client provided by the Elixir Repertoire Web Application.

This is licensed for unlimited number of viewer clients on per Process Value basis, where the number of Cores in a Processor is mapped to a corresponding Processor Value based on the Processor classification.

Report Designer Server Edition extends the Professional Edition with server-side processing for on-line report generation or off-line based on pre-defined activation rules. This package includes the Elixir Repertoire Web Application for web-based access for rendering and viewing reports, as well as a Server Development Kit (SDK) for third party application integration with source code sample using APIs for Java, .NET or URL.

As Elixir Server is designed to support concurrent rendering for optimal throughput, there are 2 licensing options based on the number of report engines running concurrently, regardless of the number of concurrent users:

a) Report Designer Server Edition - Multi-Engine is licensed for unlimited number of viewer clients on per Processor Value basis, where the number of Cores in a Processor is mapped to a corresponding Processor Value based on the Processor classification.

b) Report Designer Server Edition - Dual-Engine, restricted to a maximum of 2 concurrent report engines, is licensed for unlimited number of viewer clients on per Server Instance basis, where it is based on the number of instances of the software running in the server, regardless of the Processor Value.

Data Designer Server Edition extends the Professional Edition with server-side processing for on-line data generation or off-line based on pre-defined activation rules. This package includes the Elixir Repertoire Web Application for web-based access for on-line trigger of data generation, as well as APIs for Java, .NET or URL for third party application integration.

This is licensed for unlimited number of viewer clients on per Process Value basis, where the number of Cores in a Processor is mapped to a corresponding Processor Value based on the Processor classification.

Standard Support and Maintenance (SSM) contract provides software maintenance and standard support for the respective software on annual renewable basis. Customers with SSM have access to Elixir's technical support team for problem resolution and technical guidance on the use of Elixir Product. Technical support is available via e-mail support.

Support hours are from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (+0800 GMT), Monday to Friday excluding Singapore gazetted public holidays. For renewals, the purchase must cover all the licenses within the same site.

Scope of Support:
- Clarification of functions and features;
- Clarification of documentation;
- Guidance in the operation of the Software; and
- Software error analysis

Scope of Maintenance:
- Free upgrades for major version and minor version releases; and
- Notification of generally available releases (bug fix release are on demand only)

Gold Priority Support (GPS) contract provides incident based technical support for operating Elixir software in business critical operational environment.

Triggered on a per incident basis, the scope of GPS includes:
- 9 x 5 On-line Support triggered via e-mail with 4 hour response time for acknowledgement and problem classification, including calls or on-site visit initiated by Elixir Engineer where deemed necessary
- Incident based support with unlimited support interactions and periodic update until closure.
- Accelerated problem resolution
- Priority fix release when available
- Support account management, for up to 2 authorized contact persons, with each additional person incurring an extra US$200 one time registration fee.

The incident packs are available as packs of multiple of 10-incidents (ie, 10, 20, 30, etc), and each pack is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Platinum Priority Support (PPS) contract provides 24 by 7 technical support for operating Elixir software in a high availability, mission critical operational environment.

Governed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA), the scope of PPS includes:
- 24 by 7 Helpdesk Services including call logging with 2 hour response time by Elixir Consultant, and on-site support in 4 hours, depending on the severity level
- Periodic preventive maintenance with health check
- Unlimited support incidents based on a capped value governed by the SLA
- Accelerated problem resolution
- Priority fix release when available
- Support account management

Elixir Product Training includes lectures and hands-on practical sessions based on a standard curriculum to cover the creation, deployment, and administration of the respective software.

Elixir Product Workshop is a form of customized training to incorporate specific case study, where prior preparation is required to develop the case study to incorporate into the curriculum.

The training duration varies according to the content coverage and target audience ranging from 1 to 5 days.

Delivery of software by default will be through electronic means. Delivery by physical media is available upon special request and will incur additional material and delivery charges depending on destination. Please allow up to 2 business days for delivery of software upon order confirmation.
