TECHNICAL SUPPORT LIFECYCLE
The "Technical Support Lifecycle" is the term during which a Elixir product version is eligible for patch support and technical support assistance.
The Technical Support Lifecycle policy has been defined to provide the highest quality patch support and assistance on current products. Elixir strives to put resources behind the most recent product releases in order to continually improve and enhance the power of our software.
This policy supercedes the previous policy of supporting 2 major versions, 2 minor version, and 2 service packs.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT LIFECYCLE POLICY
The Technical Support Lifecycle defines the time frames during which our software products are eligible for patch support and technical support interactive assistance.
The table below shows the End of Life (EOL) and the End of Service Life (EOSL) cut-off dates for the release of Elixir products.

POLICY DEFINITIONS
PATCH SUPPORT END DATE
Cut-off date for Elixir to accept new cases that involve patch development to resolve development of new Hot Fixes, Service Packs and Maintenance. Releases will not be initiated after this date. No more selling/purchasing of support.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT LIFECYCLE END DATE
Cut-off date for the Elixir Technical Support team to provide assistance for a given product
designed for customers who require extended support for the purpose of migration to a supported Elixir product. Customers should develop and commit to a migration plan with their Elixir Sales Account Manager.
Customers must be current on maintenance to receive this extended assistance.
RELEASE DATE
Official date of release for the English version of the product. International versions are subjected to local partners' official release date for their respective versions.
